With VueFileManager you can upload files up to tens of gigabytes, don’t worry that your big files won’t be uploaded. We support chunk upload and multipart uploads for your s3 storage service. All work seamlessly.

Folder Upload

For VueFileManager it isn’t any problem to upload a folder with your files. The same folder structure will be recreated in the app.

Sharing Files

With our reach sharing functionalities, you can easily just click on your file or folder, and generate a shared link for everyone. Also you can protect your shared files with your password. 

Use expiration functionality to automatically expire links, share links directly via email or generate QR code and share it with guys on your left.

Shared Pages

If you share any folder with files within, the user has the same user experience as a logged user. He can create folders, name it, upload files or move them into other folders directly in your shared folder.

Videos have their own dedicated shared page with your app logo and ability to play video directly in this page with the download button above, try it, it’s magic!

Spotlight

With the spotlight, you can search for your users, files, folders, navigate throughout the app, toggle dark mode, toggle emojis and many more from any location in the app. It’s like magic. Good suit for super users.

External Storage Services

You can use it as main storage for all your files external storage service. We support all S3 compatible services like Amazon Web Services S3, Spaces from Digital Ocean, Backblaze, Wasabi, Alibaba Cloud OSS, Storj and many more.

Decentralized Storage Service

With Storj DCS (Decentralized Cloud Storage) files aren’t stored in centralized data centers — instead, they’re encrypted, split into pieces, and distributed on a global cloud network.

Full-Fledged API

You can integrate VueFileManager into your app seamlessly. Users can generate authentication tokens in their profile settings. Documentation for API coming soon.

2-Factor Verification

Another layer of security to make sure your files are secured. Users can set up 2 factor verification with their favourite authenticator app.

Customizable Folder Icons

Set your favourite emoji to your folder as an icon and make VueFileManager more personal for you! If you are an apple user, you can switch between Apple emojis and Tweemojis from twitter.

Admin Panel

As admin, you have full control over the entire app, you can create or delete users, manage their storage size, set upload limits and many more.

Dark Mode

We support dark mode natively. Users can set dark mode via application, or let Dark/Light mode handle with preferred OS settings.

Language Editor

With our language editor you can translate applications into your home language. It’s at your hand in the admin panel.

Auto Database Backup

VueFileManager will take care of your daily database backups. When an unexpected event occurs, your database backup will be ready for you.

reCaptcha

reCaptcha will provide security for registration and contact form from internet bots and prevent spammers from abusing your application.

Server Status

You can check the admin panel server status. You can download your server logs for support communication, check your latest database backups, check if your cron is running smoothly or if you have correctly set up your PHP with all required php extensions.

How this really works? First user creates tweets and Twitter. Then, someone replies to the created tweets and the CRM Commenter app provides immediately a quick reply if the received reply meets the condition of at least one created quick reply in the CRM Commenter app. 

This app could be used even in another way: provide manual replies. All received replies will be saved in the CRM Commenter app and user or its team’s members could reply manually the received replies. Is possible even to hide the received replies.

In the account’s page is possible even to create a default response which will be used to auto reply all new received replies. The default reply will be used only if there is not sent already a quick reply.

In the account’s page is possible even to select the categories from which should be used the quick replies. With the categories is possible to decide what kind of quick replies could be used for a Twitter account.


Quick Replies

The Quick Replies in the CRM Commenter app are a list with responses which are sent automatically if the received replies meets the Quick Replies conditions. 

A quick reply condition is a list with keywords which should be in the received replies and the accuracy option which allow to decide how much should meet the replies content the keywords of a Quick Reply.

When a received reply contains one or all keywords of a Quick Reply will be verified it meets even the accuracy criteria. If the percentage of the found keyword is higher than the accuracy, the Quick Reply response will be used to create a new reply on Twitter.

The categories in each Quick Reply allows to group the quick replies.


Tweets

The Tweets page shows all saved tweets. When a Twitter’s user replies a tweet, the tweet is saved in the CRM Commenter app and together is saved even the reply. The CRM Commenter app’s user and its team could see the tweets content, replies and send manual replies. 

In a tweet page the replies are grouped in 4 tabs:

  • New – means new received replies which weren’t seen.
  • Seen – means replies which were marked as seen.
  • Favorites – means the replies which were saved as favorites.
  • Hidden – means the replies which were hidden by the user. The app allows to hide the received replies.

The search engine allows to search in the tweets replies and the status if is active means the tweet was updated in the last 1 hour.


Phone Numbers

If the received replies contains a number greater than 6 characters, it is saved automatically as Phone Number in the CRM Commenter app. The app can’t know if is a phone number or no, it saves and the user could export the phone numbers in a CSV file or delete them.


Emails

The app is able even to identify the emails in the received replies. The emails addresses are saved in the database and the user could see them in the Email Addresses page.

Each email has the link to the tweet from which was copied. All emails could be exported in a CSV file.


Guests

When a Twitter’s user replies the tweets, the CRM Commenter app creates a page for that user and the user is saved as Guest. In the Guest’s page is possible to see all tweets where the guest has replied, basic information and the assigned categories.

Pay Invoice

Clients can pay invoices in multiple ways. We are supporting the partial payment option, so let’s say there is a $1000 invoice and the client wants to pay just $500 then he can choose Partial payment while paying the invoice.

Later when the client does the next payment he will just see $500 remains as he already paid $500.

Print Invoices

Clients can print the invoices from the details screen, we are supporting the attractive invoices templates.
